In order to offer a better reward program for our customers, we will be working on upgrading the loyalty system from March 2019 onwards. The upgrade is expected to complete by 30th September 2019. We regret to inform you that the Gong cha Royalty Program will be temporarily suspended during this period.

 

HOW WILL YOU BE AFFECTED?

​

• All points collection and drinks redemption will be temporarily suspended. You will be entitled to 10% discount on any drinks when you present your membership card.

• Your Complimentary Birthday drink will be available for redemption only on THE DAY OF YOUR BIRTHDAY. To redeem your complimentary birthday drink, head over to any of the outlets and present your proof of birth date (Your NRIC or Passport) with your membership card. You will be entitled to one (1) free Regular-sized Gong cha.

• You are encouraged to redeem all your points as much as possible before 31st March 2019. All remaining points will be migrated to the new loyalty system and subjected to the terms & conditions of the new program.

 

WHEN IS THIS HAPPENING?

• From 1st March 2019 onwards, the following outlets will be affected: Suria KLCC, KL City Walk, Intermark Mall, KL Gateway Mall & The Weld.

• All other outlets will be affected from 1st April 2019 onwards.
