From 21 October - 11 November 2019, Gong cha Malaysia will be running a weekly contest on social media:

Week 1: Starts from 21st and ends on  27th October 2019 at 11.59PM

Week 2: Starts from 28th October and ends on  3rd November 2019 at 11.59PM

Week 3: Starts from 4th and ends on  11th November 2019 at 11.59PM

HOW TO ENTER:

​

1. Provide your answer to the weekly questions on our social media pages in the comment section of the contest posts.

2. Tag a friend who you want to bring along to the fan meeting.

3. Winners will be selected based on the most creative answer.

4. Multiple entries are allowed in accordance with the contests' mechanics, however all contestants can only win once (1) throughout the Contest Period.

Step 2: Tag a friend who you know would love Seung Gi oppa too!

Week 3:

Step 1: Take a photo with Lee Seung Gi’s standee with that drink of your choice.

Step 2: Post on your IG/FB page and tag @gongchamy. Please ensure your page is public.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

 

1. The ‘WIN TICKETS TO '2019 LEE SEUNG GI ASIA FANMEETING <VAGABOND VOYAGE> in KUALA LUMPUR’ CONTEST [“Contest”] is organized by TEAFE (M) SDN BHD. [“Organizer”]. 

2. Entry to the Contest is free and the Contest is open to customers of Gong cha Malaysia who is at least eighteen (18) years old on the date of entry [“Participants”] except for the following ​employees of Teafe (M) Sdn Bhd (the Organizer), advertising agencies, media agencies, licensees, and their immediate family members.

3. The contest is only open for residents residing in Malaysia.

4. The contest will be held for three (3) weeks commencing from 21 October 2019 12:00 (GMT +8) and ends 23:59 (GMT +8) on 11 November 2019 [“Contest Period”].

5. During the contest period, four (4) winners will be selected. The prizes consist of:

   • 1 x Grand Prize: Two (2) x VIP Tickets​

   • 3 x Consolation Prize: Two (2) x CAT3 Tickets

6. ​Winners will be announced on 13 November 2019  on social media channels of Gong cha Malaysia. Winners will be contacted through their respective social media accounts. 

7. ​To qualify for the Contest, Participants will have to set their profile to public so we can contact them. Failure to do so and the comments will be deemed invalid.

8. All entries must be submitted by 23:59 (GMT+8) on 11 November 2019. Late participations will not be entertained and no notice will be given to the late participants. 

9. Participants are allowed to participate in weekly contest. 

10. Only Participants that fulfill the Contest Mechanism stated above shall be eligible to win the prize. Incomplete entries and/or Participants who failed to abide by the contest mechanisms will automatically be disqualified from the Contest without notice.

11. The winners are bound by the terms and conditions that come with the prize. The acceptance of prize indicates the acknowledgment and agreement of such terms and conditions.

12. The prize is not exchangeable and/or transferable. Failure to accept prize by the winners when required to do so shall constitute a rejection by such winner(s) and the Organizers reserve its rights to award the prize to another winner(s). Any cancellation and/ or refund request once the prize has been made is strictly not allowed.

13. The Organizer reserve its rights to publish or display materials or information, including but not limited to the names of all Participants for marketing, advertising and publicity purposes in any manner it deems appropriate. The Organizer further reserve its right to use any personal data of Participants in any manner and/or for any purpose it deems fit and the Participants are deemed to consent to such use with no monetary payment.

14. The Organizer reserve its right to cancel, terminate or suspend the Contest with or without any prior notice and reason. For the avoidance of doubt, cancellation, termination or suspension by the Organizer shall not entitle the Participants to any claim or compensation against the Organizer for any and all losses or damages suffered or incurred as a direct or indirect result of the act of cancellation, termination or suspension.

15. By participating in the Contest, Participants are deemed to agree to be bound by the Terms and subject to the Conditions herein set out upon submission of entry. The terms and conditions herein shall prevail over any inconsistent terms, conditions, provisions or representations contained in any other promotional or advertising materials for the Contest. In the event of any inconsistency, conflict, ambiguity or discrepancy between the English version and any other languages version of these terms and conditions, the English version shall prevail at all times.

16. The Organizer reserve its right to vary, delete or add to any of these Terms and Conditions and/or substitute or replace the gifts from time to time without any prior notice.

17. The decisions of the Organizer in relation to every aspect of the Contest including but not limited to the type of prize and winner shall be deemed final and conclusive under any circumstance and no complaint from any Participants will be entertained.

18. The Prize must be taken as stated and no compensation will be payable if the winner(s) is unable to use the Prize as stated.

19. TEAFE (M) SDN BHD shall bear no responsibility for any damage, loss (including but not limited to direct, indirect and consequential loss), liability, injury or disappointment incurred or suffered by the winner or their guest in connection with this promotion, the promotion of this promotion or the use of any prize, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law (in which case that liability is limited to the minimum allowable by law).

20. TEAFE (M) SDN BHD retain the right to substitute the Prize with another of similar value in the event the original Prize offered is not available due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control.

21. By participating in the Contest, Participants are deemed to agree to be bound by the Terms & Conditions and deemed to give their consent for collection of personal information that is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is available at https://www.gong-cha.com.my/ and also subject to the Conditions herein set out upon entry to the Contest.
