Assist Operation Manager in optimising outlet sales.
Responsible for new product development and implementation.
Assist marketing team for any campaign planning and implementation.
To ensure effective management, motivation, training and development of all team members employed in the service outlet.
Attend to customer inquiries and complaint; work with management and outlet to improve customer satisfaction.
Assist in new outlet opening to ensure smooth operations after handover.
To ensure facilities comply with all relevant legislation relating to health & safety, food hygiene regulations & licensing legislation.
Candidate must possess at least Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Food & Beverage Services Management, Hospitality/Tourism/Hotel Management or equivalent.
Required language(s): English, Chinese
Able to work under pressure and multi-task in a fast paced environment.
Good interpersonal skill and communication skill.
Candidate must be prepared to travel to all stores within Malaysia. Possessing own transport will be added advantage.
