You may use the Gong Cha Royalty Card at any Gong Cha stores in Malaysia.

You may sign up for a Gong Cha Royalty Membership at any Gong Cha stores in Malaysia for just RM15.00.

Upon registration of your card on the Gong cha Royalty App, you will get to enjoy the following benefits:

1. A complimentary Welcome Drink (worth RM5.00) will be added to your Rewards List. Should your preferred drink cost more than RM5.00, you will need to pay the differences.

2. A complimentary Birthday Drink (worth RM10.00) will be added to your Rewards List during your birthday month. Should your preferred drink cost more than RM10.00, you will need to pay the differences.

3. Get 1 point for every RM1 spent at any of Gong cha outlets in Malaysia. Points earned can be used to redeem vouchers and other merchandises.

All complimentary drinks and vouchers will be valid for only 30 days from date of issuance.

To add your new Gong cha Card, follow the steps below:

1. Download the Gong cha Malaysia app.

2. Register with your email address and complete the verification process.

3. Log on to the app and select "Add Gong cha Card".

4. Select [New Card] and scan the barcode on the membership docket or you can enter your card number and pin manually to add the card.

5. Once successful, verify and update your birthday details.

To add your old Gong cha Card, follow the steps below:

1. Download the Gong cha Malaysia app.

2. Register with your email address and complete the verification process.

3. Log on to the app and select "Add Gong cha Card".

4. Select [Existing Card], enter your old card number and birthday (format: DDMMYYYY).

5. Once successful, verify and update your birthday details.

Without your birthday details, how are we going to celebrate your birthday? Kindly maintain your birthday details to enjoy a complimentary birthday drink during your birthday month.

This can only be updated once. If you’ve keyed in the details wrongly, please contact us at royaltycard@gong-cha.com.my and provide proof of identification.

No replacement card will be given, and you will need to purchase a new one.

For all existing membership (registered before March 2019), all points accumulated will be transferred to the new system.

Please note that:

• Your migrated Gong cha Royalty Membership will expire on 31st October 2021. You will need to perform 10 transactions to renew your membership.

• Your migrated Gong cha Royalty Points will expire 90 days from date of activation.

Your Gong cha Royalty Card will be valid for 12 months from date of purchase. You will need to perform a minimum of 10 transactions before the expiry to qualify for a free membership renewal.

Your Gong cha Royalty Points will be valid for 3 months from last transaction, i.e. the validity period ends on the last day of the 3rd month. In order to extend the validity period, all you need to do is to make one transaction (i.e. get your favorite drink!) every month.

The Gong cha Royalty Card is the only proof of your right to enjoy the benefits. The verification mechanism is activated once your card details is scanned into our POS system during the transaction process and the card number is read successfully. Even if you may present your Gong cha Royalty Card together with the receipt at a later time, we are unable to credit the points to your account for your previous purchase. Please remember to bring and show your Gong cha Royalty Card with you whenever you shop at our stores to ensure that you enjoy the full benefits of being a member at all times.

During system outage/ offline, we are unable to accept the Gong cha Royalty Card.

All personal data submitted will be kept highly confidential. Your contact information may be used by Gong Cha to communicate various marketing promotions. If you lose Gong Cha Royalty Card or need to update your personal data, you will be prompted for identity verification, based on the information you submitted.
